Hi, I’m Karen

Ruby Red Interiors was founded by me, Karen Robinson, beginning my working career in TV producing the likes of Sarah Beeny’s ‘Property Ladder’. But my love of interior design began long before my TV days. Growing up in a large family, space was tight and bedrooms shared; any way to put your stamp on your inch was sought! I became quite adept at furniture layout and colour coordination even back then.

My Passion

With this strong passion for architecture and all things aesthetic, I left TV production and transferred my creative skills to the world of interior design, studying Interior Design at the prestigious Interior Design School in London.

Today, I create beautiful interiors, from initial design concepts through to the implementation and finishing touches. I have designed residential and commercial properties all over Kent including Folkestone, Hythe, Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford and Deal so why not get in touch for a friendly chat about creating your dream home.

I do not have a set ‘style’ I impose onto you, but instead listen carefully (very carefully!) to your needs and create beautiful interiors that truly reflect your taste and personality. I will understand your vision, explore the possibilities and deliver a stunning design, all the while removing your stress and making the design process both enjoyable and fulfilling.
